  • Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Gazetted Public Holidays).

Return Policy

At Earth & Me, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will make it right. We believe we can work together to make your experience with Earth & Me a positive one. We hold our shipments to the highest standards, meticulously packing and inspecting them before they leave our warehouse.

Due to hygiene concerns, returns or exchanges are only permitted for product(s) that are still in their original condition – carton boxes and packaging that is perfectly sealed and unused.

  • Please keep in mind that all purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order is confirmed. We do not provide refunds in any circumstances.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or incorrect purchase.
If you receive damaged/incorrect items, please send us an email at within 48 hours of receiving your package with the following details:
  1. Order number (eg. #1234)
  2. Mobile number
  3. Photos or video of the damaged/incorrect item(s)
  4. Photo of packing list

You may be required to return the incorrect item(s). The item(s) being returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition you received them. Any request made after 48 hours will not be entertained. We only accept exchanges/returns in the following circumstances: 

Size Exchange

  • Product(s) shall be in its Original Condition – carton box and packaging perfectly sealed and unused.
  • Product(s) can only be exchanged for the same product type and price value.
  • Products must be purchased through our official website.
  • You will be charged a Fulfillment Fee & all delivery costs involved including to pick up the items for exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Faulty or defective parts (ie. torn diapers, torn wipes, packaging with broken safety seals; due to manufacturing defect)
  • Please contact our customer service at with proof of photos/videos to discuss the matter further.

Undelivered Parcel

  • Parcel is not able to be delivered after 2 attempts by courier services for any reason (ie. customer is unavailable/uncontactable)
  • You will have to bear the expense for redelivery of the package.
  • Please ensure all your delivery details are correct ( E.g delivery address, phone number and other details).

Missing Parcel

  • Parcel is missing or undelivered after the standard delivery timeframe.
